Official Daily Action for September 24th, 2025
KOMO TV just announced they won’t air “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” even after ABC backtracked on censoring him. Their owner – right-wing media corporation Sinclair Broadcast Group – is trying to silence people like Kimmel who are critical of the MAGA regime, and they’ve bought up local TV stations like KOMO to spread their pro-Trump propaganda.
Sinclair wants Kimmel to apologize to Charlie Kirk’s family and make a “meaningful personal donation” to both them and Kirk’s nonprofit company, Turning Point USA. KOMO hasn’t said what they will air tonight instead, but Sinclair says they will preempt Jimmy Kimmel Live! across their ABC affiliate stations and replace the show with news programming.
This is an opportunity to contact Sinclair’s local station and let them know we will boycott KOMO and its affiliated businesses.

I live in [Seattle/city] [zip code/or wherever you watch KOMO] and am appalled by your refusal to air Jimmy Kimmel Live! now that the show was reinstated by Disney and ABC. Freedom of speech is the foundation of American democracy. We won’t stand by while you act as a censor on behalf of the Trump regime. I will not watch KOMO, nor patronize any of the businesses owned by KOMO, until you stop trying to silence people like Kimmel.
