ACTION 2: Donate to aid Federal workers during the shutdown.
Federal workers will miss their second paycheck today. They have been off the job or working without pay since the government shutdown on September 30. They and their families still need to eat at a time when food banks are being stretched thin.
Help make sure they don’t miss their next meal!
Please donate to provide grocery cards to federal workers.
Another option is to take action(s) that will help local food banks meet people’s needs during the shutdown. Donate for food, start a virtual food drive, or give to the diaper & formula drive.
