Phonebank to connect North Carolina voters to Senator Tillis

OFFICIAL DAILY ACTION FOR Wednesday, May 13th

ACTION: Promote this Thursday virtual phone bank where you call voters in NC and connect them to Thom Tillis to urge him to oppose the reconciliation bill.

From Indivisible: “Senator Thom Tillis will be one of America’s most vulnerable Republicans in the 2026 election, so we’re urging NC voters to turn the temperature up on Tillis as we fight Trump’s Tax Scam. Our phone bank is open to activists nationwide and begins with a virtual training for all who need it.”

Background:

A snap analysis by the nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office estimates that the healthcare section of the new Republican bill would cut spending by at least $715 billion over the next decade and leave at least 8.6 million more people without insurance.
