As you may recall, Irene has been actively involved in various social causes, from advocating for immigrant rights to challenging gentrification. Her fearless spirit led her to volunteer in Ukraine amidst a tumultuous period, and she’ll be providing us with a much-anticipated update.
With Ukrainian roots and a history of living in the country, Irene’s unique perspective offers priceless insights. Last year, she shared with us her inspiring journey of heading into the heart of crisis-stricken Ukraine, while millions were fleeing. Her efforts in Ukraine, ranging from arranging supplies to setting up shelters, deeply moved us. We’re eager to hear about her continued experiences and the current situation on the ground.
