Protect Patient Access to Vital Medications

Today’s action was adapted from the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI)

Help protect patient access to vital behavioral health medications by urging your state Senator to vote yes on SB 5300.  Your voice matters, and together we can ensure that people living with mental illness have uninterrupted access to the treatments that work best for them.  NAMI champions better care and better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental health conditions.

Contact your state senator today and urge support for SB 5300: Continuity of Coverage for Behavioral Health Prescription Drugs

Patients should have the right to work with their behavioral health provider to decide on the best treatment plan, without interference from insurance companies. We need to ensure that patients are able to continue their treatment without interruption, to improve their chances of recovery and maintain their overall health.

We need SB 5300 voted off the floor of the Senate to move onto the House!
