However long you’ve been receiving (and performing) our daily actions, whether it’s for a week or for the nearly six full years that we’ve been writing them (!), you’ve probably noticed that we don’t make a lot of requests for money. Seattle Indivisible is an all-volunteer group, and we try to keep our costs as low as possible so that we can signal boost other groups that usually have a more immediate need for your donations.
That said, we do still have bills that need to be paid: non-profit filing fees, web hosting, email, Zoom, and more. Plus, we try to keep a small reserve of money on hand so that we can defray the costs of large rallies when they need to be hastily organized.
