Phone Banking for Rent Stabilization From The Washington Low Income Housing Alliance: the House version of the Rent Stabilization Bill, 2SHB 1217 (https://app.leg.wa.gov/BillSummary/?BillNumber=1217&Year=2025&Initiative=false) is expected to move to a full vote of the House of Representatives close to the March 12 cutoff. This bill would prevent excessive rent increases and move-in fees.
