The following action comes from Indivisible National:

Urge your Representative to call on VP Harris to publish the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) to enshrine gender equality in our Constitution. The ERA cleared the threshold for ratification by 38 states during Trump’s first term, but because of Republican opposition and legal debates about the process, the National Archivist has yet to formally publish and certify the ERA as the 28th Amendment. By publishing the ERA, the Biden-Harris Administration can put guardrails on the incoming Trump Administration and provide a critical tool for combating discrimination against women, girls, and LGBTQ+ people nationwide.
