After months of bombshell stories detailing the deep rot and corruption at the heart of the Supreme Court, like the lavish vacations afforded to Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito by billionaire benefactors, or the large cash payments made to Thomas’s wife by the Federalist Society puppet master, Leonard Leo, it is apparent to any clear-eyed observer that the Supreme Court must be reined in.
Unfortunately, with the House in Republican hands, there is no chance that any legislation to address this crisis within the Supreme Court will pass until 2025 at the very earliest. To that end, five members of Congress have asked Attorney General Merrick Garland to open an investigation into the possibility of civil or criminal penalties for Supreme Court members who have failed to disclose their lavish gifts.
None of our members of Congress have signed onto this letter yet, so let’s ask them to do just that today.

Hi, my name is {NAME}, and I’m a constituent in {CITY, ZIP}. The Supreme Court is rotten to its core: Justices Alito and Thomas have accepted millions of dollars of gifts from Republican megadonors during their tenure on the court, and there is no legislative way to stop or censure them at this time.
Representatives Ocasio-Cortez, Nadler, Raskin, Lieu, and Johnson have asked Attorney General Garland to open an investigation into this behavior, and I am asking you to co-sign their letter. We must have accountability for their actions, and faith in our highest court restored.
