Republicans in control of the House are planning to load up the annual Pentagon funding bill (the National Defense Authorization Act, or NDAA) with their regressive priorities. They have already sent it to the floor with a repeal of the Pentagon’s diversity officer and a ban on drag shows, and are threatening to add more diversity and climate rollbacks on the floor.
We also know that the Pentagon budget is bloated with unnecessary spending, waste, and price gouging.
Ask your representatives to vote against a bloated Pentagon budget that undoes progressive reforms.
