Official Daily Action for Monday, July 18, 2022:
On July 13th, millions of ballots were sent out to registered voters in Washington for the August 2nd, 2022 Primary. In King County itself, the primary election ballot will feature 162 candidates across 52 offices, 42 contested Precinct Committee Officer races, and six ballot measures. With so much on the line, it is imperative for us to get involved during this election season and put our vote to work.
ACTION: CHECK YOUR MAILBOX AND VOTE IN THE AUGUST 2ND, 2022 PRIMARY
Ballots should be arriving in your mailbox by the end of the week. If you do not receive your ballot by Monday, July 18th, please call King County Elections at 206-296-VOTE (8683) for further assistance.

Ballots need to be postmarked by Election Day, August 2nd, 2022, OR returned to one of the designated drop-off locations. Here is a list of the ballot drop boxes in King County: https://kingcounty.gov/depts/elections/how-to-vote/ballots/returning-my-ballot/ballot-drop-boxes.aspx. Drop boxes are open 24-hours, seven days a week, until 8 p.m. sharp on Election Day.
Washington residents can register to vote until 8 p.m. on Election Day. The deadline to register to vote online is July 25th. Residents of King County can register to vote at any of these vote centers: https://kingcounty.gov/depts/elections/how-to-vote/ballots/returning-my-ballot/vote-centers.aspx.
