1. Remember Their Names – Vigil/Protest For Victims of Amazon Warehouse Collapse – IN PERSON Feb 12, 10am at Denny Park
Six Amazon employees died in the collapse of their Edwardsville, Il warehouse after the bosses refused to let their workers seek safety during a tornado warning. Come raise money for the victims’ families and protest against Amazon’s horrific working conditions and practices. Bringing your own candles is advised, but they will be provided if necessary.

We’ve reached another turning point in the future of our democracy. It’s not enough to convince ourselves of the stakes – we need to persuade, register, and turn out voters! In this meeting we will recap our 12/13 brainstorming meeting and check in on the working groups we created. We will plan and promote upcoming actions, take suggestions, and discuss new ideas.

Join us to fight voter suppression and increase turnout by calling voters of color with The Center For Common Ground! We will be helping CFCG with their priority phone bank – which will most likely be increasing early-voter turnout for the 3/1 Texas Primary.
