Urge the House to threaten a subpoena of GSA Emily Murphy to explain refusing to start transition

Official Daily Action for Friday, November 13th, 2020

The administrator of the General Services Administration (GSA), Emily Murphy, continues to refuse to certify that Joe Biden has won the election, preventing Biden’s transition team from coordinating the transition process. This delay in transition may have impacts on national security, as the rushed transition did in 2000. The House needs to act now to push the transition process along, and threaten a subpoena.
