Help Out: We NEED YOU!

Preparation and Planning:
Logistics: Supplies coordination, route planning, etc.
Fundraising: Raise money to support the event.
Community Outreach: Reach out to community organizations, faith communities, etc. to promote the event.
Pre-Event Flyering/Postering: Post flyers around your neighborhood, hand out flyers at farmers markets, etc. (Anyone can do this with our Toolkit)
Bannering: Join others holding a banner over the freeway to promote the event.
Digital/Social Media Amplifier: Share and boosts information about the event on social media.
Day of Event:
Setup: Help with anything that has to be moved around and set up before the rally.
Takedown: Help put everything back the way we found it after the event.
Hospitality: Provide snacks, water, and band-aids, etc. at a table during the rally.
Merch Table: Staffing the merchandise table during the event.
Greeter: Welcome people to the event and help them get oriented.
Flex Team: Be available as a gofer to do what needs to be done.
Energy / Hype: Performers, musicians, and people who will develop/lead chants.
Musician / Speaker Aide: Help monitor the stage and usher the speakers.
Day-of Fundraising: Be present in the crowd to help people chip-in for the event.
Public Safety: (requires training)
Care Bears: Circulate in the crowd providing snacks and water while monitoring the crowd for issues.
De-Escalation: Work in small groups to identify potential hazards and prevent or defuse situations that could create unsafe environments.
Medics: Work in teams to provide first aid support to marchers; should have advanced first aid training or healthcare background.
Car Crew: Drive cars in the front of and behind the march to protect marchers and carry supplies.
Bike Crew: Ride bicycles ahead of the march to ensure that the streets are clear and side streets are blocked.

PUT up POSTERS, Hand out Flyers: NO KINGS Rally and March. Noon, Cal Anderson Park, Seattle to the Seattle Center where we will be organizing by neighborhood groups.
