Official Daily Actions (2) for March 10, 2026
[1] From Indivisible National:
Trump’s war has already cost the lives of US servicemembers, at least 1,000 Iranian civilians, and others caught in the crossfire throughout the region. Democrats’ efforts to end it with a War Powers Resolution failed last week, but the fight is far from over. The regime will soon ask for billions more of taxpayers’ money to continue their blood-soaked recklessness.
The American public is firmly against this conflict. None of us want another forever war. Congress must act. We’re calling on Members of Congress to respond to this crisis!
Action: Call your senators and your representative and demand they refuse to fund Trump’s war.
Tell Your Senators: No War With Iran | Indivisible
Demand your Senator do everything in their power to stop Trump’s war on Iran.
Tell Your Representative: No War With Iran | Indivisible
Demand your Representative do everything in their power to stop Trump’s war in Iran.
[2] From the League of Women Voters WA:
Don’t forget! Continue to Urge Your Reps to PASS the Millionaires’ Tax ASAP
SB 6346, the Millionaires’ Tax is an act relating to investing in Washington families and businesses to fund K-12 education, health care, higher education, other essential governmental services, and the working families’ tax credit, and to reduce certain sales and use taxes and certain business and occupation taxes by establishing a tax on millionaires.
The bill has moved to the House floor for a vote, likely on Monday, March 9. A proposed “striking amendment” will be presented on the floor. A striking amendment means that the bill would be replaced by a new version, in contrast to regular amendments that change certain words or sections.
If the House adopts the bill, either as transmitted to the House by the Senate with House Finance Committee amendments or as the striking amendment, then it will be assigned to a conference committee in each chamber to negotiate a final bill for adoption by both the House and Senate.
Action: Please ask your Representatives HERE to pass SB 6346, the Millionaire’s Tax. Given that it’s likely to be on the House agenda for floor action on Monday, March 9, it’s important to weigh in as soon as possible—and no later than Tuesday, March 10.
Yes, you are being asked to act again on matters for which you’ve already sent in comments. That is because of the changes in status of the bill. Each time you take an action, except when it is a message for all legislators, the action is directed toward a different group of legislators at a new phase in the bill’s life.
