Showing Up for Immigrant Communities
The National Day Labor Organizing Network (NDLON) is offering a number of ways to show up for immigrant communities under attack by ICE:
- Donate to the Immigrant Defense Fund: Contributions fuel legal defense, know-your-rights training, and community organizing. Give now: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/idf2024
- Take Local Action Through NDLON’s Mobilize Page: Find or host rallies, teach-ins, and local actions. Show that immigrant communities never stand alone: https://www.mobilize.us/ndlon/?from_map=true&lat=47.607146365128415&lon=-122.17571765944986&zoom=9.91120242394659
Trump’s Attacks on the Library of Congress Continue
Trump is now attempting to fire the head of the U.S. Copyright Office (part of the Library of Congress) in retaliation for a report indicating that copyrighted works used to train generative AI models would likely require licensing – that is, tech companies would have to pay to use that material.
Tell your Member of Congress to fight back against the politicization of the Library of Congress and prevent another big tech giveaway: https://action.everylibrary.org/emailloc
We record Seattle Indivisible’s impact here, so please add your hard work too! https://goo.gl/forms/lbHUvI9h58f0dLqx1

Help keep Seattle Indivisible running: We are all volunteers at Seattle Indivisible, but a lot of what supports our basic operations, such as meeting spaces, fliers, and website hosting costs money. Please contribute to keep us going strong: https://secure.actblue.com/donate/seattleindivisible
Contributions or gifts to Seattle Indivisible are not tax deductible as charitable contributions or as business expenses under IRC Section 162(e).
