Do Not Let Trump Legalize 3-D Guns!

Cody Wilson has been fighting to publish the blueprints of firearms for 3-D printers since 2013. Back in 2013, Wilson’s company actually did publish designs of various firearms for 3-D printers online, but the State Department forced his company to take them down. Wilson sued and after a years-long legal battle, Wilson reached a settlement with Trump’s State Department.

Shocking! (Not Really… They always just do the worst thing possible every single time!)

This coming Wednesday, his company plans to post designs of various firearms for 3-D printers online for anyone to use. Among these weapons is an AR-15, a weapon commonly known to be used in mass shootings.

Parkland was not that long ago! It’s time to stop assault weapons in this country! Not add a limitless AND untraceable supply!

Senator Bill Nelson said he plans to introduce legislation to make this illegal.

Let our MoCs know this is a priority!

Sen. Patty Murray: (202) 224-2621, (206) 553-5545
Sen. Maria Cantwell: (202) 224-3441, (206) 220-6400

“Hi, my name is {NAME}, and I’m calling from {CITY, ZIP}. I deeply concerned by the Trump administration’s decision to allow 3-D printed guns. Unlimited and untraceable guns would be catastrophic. Senator Nelson is expected to introduce legislation to ban 3-D Gun printing files. Please support that legislation and do everything you can to prevent 3-D printed guns from becoming legal.”

Rep. Pramila Jayapal: (202) 225-3106, (206) 674-0040
Rep. Adam Smith: (202) 225-8901, (425) 793-5180

There is an attempt to prevent this in the Senate. Please put forward companion legislation in the House and do everything you can to prevent 3-D printed guns from becoming legal.”

Resist Trump Tuesday This Week

Tuesday, July 31 11:45am, 915 Second Ave, Seattle

This Tuesday we will rally with Seattle Workers for Social Justice to hear Latino construction workers expose the abuse and unsafe working conditions they are forced to endure on job sites as development soars in N. Seattle. Mistreating immigrants isn’t just a federal issue. Come learn what’s going on right here in our backyard, and how you can help.

We will rally in front of the Federal Bldg. at the usual 11:45AM-12:30pm time then go inside to meet with Sen. Murray’s and Sen. Cantwell’s staff from 12:30-1:30PM.

Seattle Indivisible hosts Resist Trump Tuesday every week, and we have been rallying since Trump became president. We have informed speakers, live music and an opportunity every week to talk to your senators’ staffers. Please join us–we need your voice!
